Welcome to the First Aid course for Illawarra Ramblers cyclists, walkers and any paddlers who missed the course held earlier this year.  Join us for an exciting day of First Aid, fun and facts!

Date: Friday July 18, 2025

Time: 9.30am – 1.30pm

Location: Shellharbour City Library, the Palingjang Room, 76 Cygnet Ave, Shellharbour City Centre.  Free parking in the basement of the building.

 

Course fee is $110 subsidised 50% by the Illawarra Ramblers for financial members.  Registration and payment of $55 by bank transfer is required by Friday 11 July 2025.  Even earlier if possible!

We need your support as a minimum number of attendees is required to run the course.  Remember the life you save could be a fellow Rambler, a friend, family or member of the public.
