The Ramblers Christmas Party is almost upon us. The evening will be packed with good food, drinks, lots of entertainment and lucky door prizes. We’re starting a bit earlier this year to ensure we can get through the evening without finishing too late.

Doors open. at 5.30pm

Sign in on entering the Diamond Room and pick up a Lucky Door Prize ticket. Members who have led activities during the year will be given a drink voucher as a token of thanks for contributing to our activities program during the year.

Have a chat with fellow Ramblers and find yourselves a table – either with friends or perhaps some Ramblers you have not previously met. We ask that you do not move chairs around as the club has set up a specific configuration of tables to accommodate us all comfortably and to facilitate the serving of the meals.

Please be seated by 5.50pm ready for the President’s welcoming address which will start the evening’s proceedings.

The main course will be served at 6.00pm.

After the main course, there will be a variety of entertainment, followed by the Lucky Door Prize draw at 7.50pm.

Bowling Club rules require that prizes are not taken back to the tables, they can be left on the prize table and picked up before leaving the party.

Sweets will be served at 8.00pm.  Tea and coffee will be available in the foyer.

If you are unable to attend, please let us know.  There are a few members on the waitlist who would be happy to take your seats.
