Website Update

A few improvements have been made…..

First and foremost, the printout of the activities program has been compressed. As a result future programs should be about 12 to 15 pages long depending on the number of advance notices.

We are now able to make changes to the program, for instance, if an activity is rescheduled, or if there is a late submission. This doesn’t happen all the time, but it is worthwhile checking the Activities Page on the website from time to time to keep an eye on any updates.

Leaders no longer need to provide contact phone numbers when submitting activities as the Leaders List is automatically generated from information in the Members List. Any leaders wishing to add additional contact information, for example preferred times or methods to be contacted, should send an email to to have these details included in the membership database. Please check the Leaders List before doing so as additional details which were included in previous programs have already been added.
